Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of childsafemichigan.org. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
This site is not for emergencies or abuse reports
If a child is in immediate danger, call 911.
To report suspected child abuse or neglect in Michigan, call the state’s Centralized Intake line at 855-444-3911, staffed 24 hours a day, every day. Please do not use a form on this website to report abuse or neglect — website messages are not monitored around the clock, and using them will delay a response.

What you send us
When you submit a form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send confidential or sensitive details — Social Security numbers, medical or financial records, or information about a specific child’s case — through a website form. Anything you send us is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Donations
Gifts are processed on a secure form hosted by our payment provider. Donations are voluntary and are generally not refundable; if you believe a gift was made in error, call us at (248) 353-0921 and we will do our best to help. We will send an acknowledgement for your records. Whether a gift is tax-deductible depends on your circumstances, so please consult your tax advisor.
Events and registrations
Registrations, sponsorships and ticketing for our events may carry their own terms, deadlines and refund rules, which are given to you at the time you register. Event dates, venues and programs can change, and we will publicize any changes as early as we can.
Links and third-party services
We link to other organizations, and we use third-party services for donations, forms and analytics. We do not control those sites and services and are not responsible for their content or practices. A link is not an endorsement.
